All my plans for sewing this week are on hold. I am working 6 hour days which means I get home, cook and crash.
Tonight I hit a home run. I made an imitation of Carino's spicy chicken and shrimp with penne. Hubby said it was terrific. I did not follow the recipe I found exactly, but it sure tasted like we were eating out!
So tonight I am relaxing with my Beloved watching Lie To Me.
I am working 6 hour shifts until Friday and am on call for Saturday.
Saturday's dinner is special, a birthday dinner for my Beloved. The plan is home made pizza and carrot cake... now to find a recipe for cream cheese or ricotta cheese icing...

I wish I could get motivated to start sewing again. I just learned, but I think I've burned out by trying to put too much on my plate. I'm slowing trying to get up the resolve to make some napkins so I can stop buying paper ones...we shall see. :)
