I will be in town all day, until about 7 tonight. I am getting worn out. Only today and tomorrow then I hope to be off Saturday. I am on call my boss says.
Supper Tuesday was such a hit Beloved wanted it again last night... good thing I had plenty of the ingredients left to make it again!
Tonight I am making Guatemalan black beans and rice. I make mine in the crock pot, though the Guatemalan lady who gave me the recipe made hers on the stove top. I also add sausage to mine though it is good vegetarian also.
I always try to do a crock pot meal on Thursdays since we go visit Beloved's folks. This way supper is all or at least mostly made and I do not spend another hour getting supper. I will have Judy put rice in the rice cooker about 630 and we will have supper when we get home. The boys will be in town gaming tonight.
Tomorrow night will be grilled cheese or left overs.
Well I best get my lunch together. I am sooooooooooooo tired!
Saturday will be a longish day too with laundry, sewing and Beloved's birthday supper!
