Well Tuesday and yesterday my bp was up. I can tell, I get tired when it goes up.
My home meter said it was 160/101 on tuesday and 160/110 yesterday so I went by the doc's and the nurse took it there. It was high she said but not much. Only 131/87 there. So we figure my meter has gone off the deep end and I will shop around for a new one.
Yesterday was my first day at work and nothing has changed. There was at least some traffic.
The mall is building a new play area just outside our store. Both my bosses think this will be good for us. I sure hope so. My fear is that more parents will just drop their kids off at the play area then go off and do their own thing expecting mall employees to watch them.
I got home so heated up yesterday all I could do was crash. This heat, though normal is killer. The doc says when I feel that way go ahead and crash, so I did in my nicely aced room.
I felt much better an hour or so later and began supper. Beloved got home and said he would cook because I was tired. I said no I am fine and proceeded with my prep. He was convinced I would not get a quickly done, well cooked meal out. He was surprised and complimented me on it.
We had baked chicken breast and roasted potatoes and peas. I cut the chicken breasts in to 3 pieces each then covered them with cream of mushroom soup. The potatoes I nuked for 4 minutes then cut them in chunks, sprayed a baking dish with pam, tossed them in 1.2 cup of oil and some spices and baked it all at 400 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. When it only had 13 minutes left I pulled the taters and added mozzarella cheese to them. Then I put them back in for the rest of the cooking time. I had a bit of chicken left over but no potatoes. Beloved really enjoyed it and commented on it more than once.
Wow it is so quiet in here... I guess the boys need to get up, I thought at least one of them was already!
glad that everything is ok, and hoping the heat lets up soon!
