My beloved and I watched a bit of Giada
When I eat a meal if all I can taste is salt, I get ill. Seriously ill. My bp sky rockets. Fortunately for me I have the skill to cook at home so mostly we eat here. This being vacation we have eaten out more than normal. Which I think is what made me sick yesterday.
The other thing that bugs me is the TV chefs decision that rare is how meat is to be eaten. What happened to the idea that meat had to be cooked to avoid food poisoning? How about tape worms? No wonder there are so many reports of sickness from "tainted" foods now days. I think at least some of them are from uncooked or improperly cooked foods. I can't watch Guy Fieri
Today's agenda is to clean the kitchen do, laundry and sew.
I had best get going before I lose all my energy!
